the start of the training can die,quite tring,do planks for 1,2,3 mins(interver) and a lot of blah shitty exercises that can take our lives away.

how funny,how fun,how shoik is the training.
we got this compeition,like sprint for a distance,then reach there le jiu do some exercises EG:jumping jacks,pumpings,birpies, BLAH.
