had cardio training followed by strenght!

after hell training me joey biyan jasmine sara headed over to xinyuan's for free food YAY.
on the way to her hse was plain epic max.
1)we walkwalk to lakeside bus stop to take bus to JP.then 154 came and we fastfast go stand by board the bus,then the bus overshot and we were left standing there EH-ing nonstop R-O-F-L.
but the bus did stop though,we were lucky enough hehehe.
2)reached JP then transfer bus.on the bus xinyuan go spam press the bus bell LOL NOOB.
then we were effing ashamed we avoided her in the bus:x
then everytime the bell rang we would all look @xy HAHAHHA.
it's like becoming an act of nature LMAO MAX.
3)YAY-ness finally reached xy hse and we chiong go cook maggie *jumpjump*
then biyan fry egg(?)
then she took the seasonings(salt+pepper) to the dining room,then when returning the seasonings back to the kitchen,she was holding the salt container and FISH FOOD OHMYFUCK.
she mistook the pepper for fish food LOL MAX we laughdie only.cute lol!
